At “ABK Dnepr” LLC, a line with a capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour is installed for filling ciders.

In accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, blending and spilling ciders is carried out in a separate room.

Ciders are made according to the requirements of TU U 11.0-40734958-003: 2016 “Cider. Technical conditions “on technological instructions,  with observance of sanitary norms and rules.

Artesian water comes from wells No. 1 and No. 2 with a depth of 120 and 110 meters, respectively, which are the property of “ABK Dnepr” LLC. Mineral water is softened and desalted in a reverse osmosis plant. The prepared water is accumulated in the containers from which it is fed to the blending with a pump.

The apple juice restored prepares in capacity by addition of the softened mineral water to juice apple concentrated with the subsequent sulphitation.

After a decantation and check of physical and chemical indicators of the restored apple juice yeast in number of 2-5% is added.

The fermented juice is cooled by means of the refrigeration unit and settles.

The blend of cider prepares by addition to the begun to ferment juice of sugar syrup, natural extracts and, if necessary, citric acid.

After short-term rest cider is served through the system of filtration the Geyser and the cooling system on a filling line.

Pouring of production in PET bottle is made on the automatic transfer line of pouring with a productivity of 6000 bottles an hour.

On the automatic transfer line of pouring in a saturator there is an additional saturation of cider carbonic acid.

The 0.5 liter PET bottle is made from a preform on a blow molding machine. Plastic bottle passes through a conditioner.

On a filling line cider spreads in bottles and is corked.

Next, on the labeling machine with a dater, a label is attached and the date of filling is applied. After that, the bottles are delivered to Termo Pak with a thermo-packaging module, where they are packed in a film and then stacked on pallets and packaged on a polytitzer.

After bottling and registration, the finished products enter the warehouse of finished products for storage and shipment to the consumer’s warehouse.
